The Scheme Interpreter

The Scheme interpreter that forms part of 3DScheme and 3DScheme Pro allows you to

specify initialization and start-up files.
control the extent to which it interacts with the Windows environment outside the modeling application.
set either case-sensitive or case-insensitive mode.
evaluate single Scheme expressions, selected collections of expressions, or entire files of Scheme code directly out of the WinScheme Editor.
load files of Scheme code without involving the editor.
view and, if desired, save to file a transcript of the current session.
control how much detail is included in the report printed to the transcript window when evaluations take place.
specify what proportion of the application workspace is occupied by the transcript window.
create inspection nodes in your code at each of which the current call stack and environment is recorded for future inspection in an integrated debugging environment.
trace specified procedures by generating an inspection node each time any of the procedures is entered.
generate two-dimensional vector graphics via a turtle graphics interface.
gain dynamic and context-sensitive access to the on-line knowledge base.
access a large subset of the Windows API.
